Does Inkrest work offline? Yes. After a one-time model download, both speech-to-text and the AI refinement run entirely on your device — no internet connection needed. It works on a plane or a trail.

Is my audio or text sent anywhere? No. Everything stays on your device. The only thing Inkrest ever sends over the network is that one-time model download. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no tracking.

How do I add my own words or names? Open Settings and add them to your custom vocabulary, so names, jargon, and product names transcribe correctly without you spelling them out.

How do I request a refund? See our Refund Policy — refunds are within 14 days, handled by Paddle for direct purchases and by Apple for App Store purchases.
